Through her artistic creation, she explores issues related to childhood sexual abuse and the importance of art therapy for survivors. The exhibition will be held at the \u2018Sin Pin Pier\u2014Absolutely Art Space\u2019 from March 16th to 24<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Director Wei-her Hsieh said: \u201cAs society pays increasing attention to the issue of childhood sexual abuse, Kai-ning Li \u2018s art therapy work combines creative artistic expression and psychotherapy to help children. This exhibition is not only an art exhibition; it is the beginning of a social citizen movement. Through public education and sexual assault prevention awareness-raising activities, we hope to bring society\u2019s attention to the issue of child sexual abuse and promote social change.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work\u2019s creator, Kai-ning Li, said: \u201cChild sexual abuse is an extremely sensitive and painful social issue that has a profound and irreversible impact on the lives of survivors. This extremely serious crime not only deprives children of their sense of security, but also destroys their childhoods and causes irreparable trauma to their souls. Through artistic design, we present the stories of these brave survivors, and through the creative works based on their stories, we explore how art therapy can serve as a medium to help them find their childhood hope and self-worth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art therapy is seen as an effective way to help children express their ineffable feelings and thereby promote spiritual healing.
