Taiwan (NPUST) – Myanmar (SML International Education Services) cooperated to run an online agriculture-training program on Asparagus Cultivation from January 25-29, 2021

Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Myanmar initiated an online agriculture training program by matching Myanmar education institution The SML International Education Services and the College of Agriculture, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. The 5-day program, begun on January 25, 2021, conducted by Dr. Ru-Wei Lin, providing asparagus cultivation course, and completed on January 29, 2021. Trainees not only participated with enthusiasm, but also expressed their gratitude for such a unique opportunity. Certificates will then be issued to individual trainee afterwards by NPUST side. Charles Li, Ambassador of TECO in Myanmar congratulated both SML and NPUST on the success of the aforementioned program and thanks very much to Prof. Dr Chang-HsienTai, President of NPUST, for his fully support on this successful program.
