The College of Management’s Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program, led by President Huang Yi-Chao, Vice President Chen Deng-Neng, and Executive Director Hong Zong-Qian, along with EMBA alumni from the 108th, 109th, 110th, and 111th classes, organized a charity sale this year. All proceeds from the sale were donated, totaling NT$41,000, to the Su Tiansheng Cultural and Educational Foundation and the Tianyuan Education Foundation. This contribution aims to assist with medical care in remote areas of Pingtung, support vulnerable groups, and foster high-quality innovative education talent.
In recent years, the school has actively built strong bridges of communication with outstanding alumni from various industries to deepen the connection between graduating alumni and the alma mater. The annual EMBA charity sale event encourages more alumni to return to the school, fostering interactions with professors, and connecting with younger alumni to achieve a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge. Early in the morning, senior alumni were busy setting up stalls. Several local businesses from Pingtung, including Observing Sanyuan Taiwanese Wild Tea, Dolly Pets, and Flea House, participated in the charity sale. Many local sponsors from Pingtung generously contributed to the event. The senior alumni were enthusiastic salespeople, attracting a large crowd with their loud and vibrant voices, bringing smiles and laughter to the audience. Numerous EMBA alumni also donated goods and cash to support the event, making the EMBA charity sale a resounding success and a collective response to public welfare.
During the charity sale, senior alumni selflessly contributed their time and effort, displaying limitless kindness and cooperation. They generously donated money and physical effort, showcasing a strong bond within the class. The spirit of “I for all, all for me” was evident, with each person contributing their strengths. The event not only involved sweating for a good cause but also created many wonderful memories. “EMBA at NPUST, I am proud!”
