2021 NPUST mushroom training program run for agricultural talents in Myanmar

2021 the mushroom online training program, jointly held by College of Agriculture, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST) and SML International Education Services, Myanmar, started on February 4, had successfully completed on February 9. The program lectured by Emeritus Professor Wen-Jin Liang, Department of Plant Medicine, with 205 hours per day, in an effort to cultivate Myanmar agriculture talent pool. The courses include strains isolation, preparation and preservation; compost manufacturing; facilities and management in the mushroom house; harvesting, etc, in which there were total about 80 trainees participated the program. Charles Li, Ambassador of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Myanmar extends sincerest thanks to Dr Chang-HsienTai, President of NPUST, and College of Agriculture for efforts in promoting agricultural talents training in Myanmar.
