國立臺灣大學與東元科技文教基金會以培育淨零排放科技人才為使命， 持續辦理「2026淨零排放科技國際競賽」。
本競賽將分「Energy」與「Sustainability」兩個競賽分組，竭誠邀請海內外，在「淨零排放科技」研究成果卓越的大學師生組隊參賽。
The National Taiwan University and the TECO Technology Foundation, driven by the goal of Net Zero Emissions, jointly organize the “Net Zero Tech International Contest” to fulfill their social responsibility of cultivating talent.
Designed with a dual-technical-category structure comprising the “Energy” category and the “Sustainability” category, the contest aims to promote global university students and faculty engagement in zero-carbon technology research and innovation

- Category – Sustainability
1.碳管理與氣候科技 (碳移除/負排放、CCUS/CCS、量測/報告/驗證(MRV))
Carbon Management & Climate Technologies (Carbon Removal, Negative Emissions, CCUS/CCS, MRV).
2.低碳移動與綠色運輸 (電動化、電動車、高效率馬達與驅動系統、充電基礎設施)
Low-Carbon Mobility & Green Transportation (EVs, Electrification, High-Efficiency Motors and Drivetrains, Charging Infrastructure).
3.循環經濟與資源回收 (廢棄物資源化、水與空氣淨化、材料回收再生、零廢棄)
Circular Economy (Waste-to-Value, Water/Air Purification, Materials Recycling, Zero Waste).
報名資格 Eligibility：
世界各國大學(含臺灣)師生(含碩/博士生)。
※ 每隊四人以上(含指導教授)，可跨系校，每人限報名乙隊(指導教授不在此限)。
● Open to undergraduate and graduate students worldwide, including Taiwan.
● Each team must consist of at least 3 students and 1 advisor.
● Participants can be from different departments or universities.
● Individual participation is limited to one team only (advisors exempt).

2.初複審 Preliminary and Secondary Review：6/29～7/8
3.入圍公告 Announcement of Review results：7 /10
4.歡迎茶會 Welcome Gathering：8/18
5.決賽、頒獎典禮、交流晚宴 Final Round, Award Ceremony and Networking Dinner：8/19
6.創新育成工作坊及企業參訪 Net Zero Tech Workshop and Field Trips：8/20～8/21，自由報名參加Participate freely

冠軍 Champion：新台幣100萬≒ 33,300 USD（1 team/Category）
亞軍 First Runner-up：新台幣60萬≒ 20,000 USD（1 team/Category）
季軍 Second Runner-up：新台幣40萬≒ 13,300 USD（1 team/Category）
第四名 Fourth Place：新台幣20萬≒ 6,000 USD（1 team/Category）
第五名 Fifth Place：新台幣20萬≒ 6,000 USD（1 team/Category）
第六名 Sixth Place：新台幣10萬≒ 3,300 USD（1 team/Category）
第七名 Seventh Place：新台幣10萬≒ 3,300 USD（1 team/Category）
