獎勵措施 Incentivizing Measures
為鼓勵教師跨領域學術研究及跨域產學研究;推動教師組成跨領域特色教學團隊、開設跨系所、跨學院課程模組及開放系/學位學程之課程,推廣學生修讀第二專長;鼓勵教師開設跨領域整合性與創新教學方面課程,以培育學生跨領域專業技能;此外本校訂有各項獎勵辦法,獎勵在研究及教學有傑出績效教師,本校訂定各項獎勵辦法,獎勵績效傑出人員。
To encourage faculty members to engage in interdisciplinary academic research and industry-academia collaboration, the university promotes the formation of interdisciplinary teaching teams, the development of cross-departmental and cross-college course modules, and the integration of open-degree programs to facilitate students in acquiring a second specialty. Faculty members are also encouraged to offer interdisciplinary and innovative courses to cultivate students’ cross-disciplinary professional skills.

為呼應目前全球AI、IoT、大數據的科技浪潮在傳統農業掀起智慧革命,本校近年來新建「智慧農業中心為永續農業研究基地」、「永續研發中心納入再生能源與數位科技」、「大數據科技研發中心進行大數據研究」、「智慧農業創新微型園區進行學研成果實踐」等中心,積極培育學生跨領域專業能力,以與產業接軌;此外為應聯合國永續發展目標,達成全球淨零碳排的競合,將永續的內涵納入治校理念,以培育未來精通世界碳權專業的人才。
In response to the global technological wave of AI, IoT, and big data revolutionizing traditional agriculture, NPUST has recently established several research centers, including the Smart Agriculture Center as a base for sustainable agricultural research, the Sustainable R&D Center integrating renewable energy and digital technology, the Big Data Technology R&D Center for big data research, and the Smart Agriculture Innovation Micro-Park for the practical application of academic and research achievements. These initiatives aim to cultivate students’ interdisciplinary expertise and align education with industry needs.
Furthermore, to support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute to the global net-zero carbon transition, the university has incorporated sustainability principles into its governance strategy, fostering future professionals with expertise in global carbon credit markets.
智慧農業生產示範基地:
整合農、工、管理、人文、獸醫、國際學院及研究總中心等6個院16個系所之跨領域團隊共同開發產品及系統,為全國唯一之類產業等級之作物栽培及循環農業教學級示範場域。
Smart Agriculture Production Demonstration Base: Integrating interdisciplinary teams from six colleges, including Agriculture, Engineering, Management, Humanities, Veterinary Medicine, the International College, and the Research Center, with a total of 16 departments. This collaborative effort aims to develop products and systems, establishing a national-level demonstration site for crop cultivation and circular agriculture.
永續研發中心:
由先進綠能技術、農林循環經濟創值、生質能源循環、畜牧環境永續科技等團隊組成,發展再生能源的採集、儲存與利用。
Sustainability Research and Development Center: Comprising teams specializing in advanced green energy technology, agricultural and forestry circular economy value creation, bioenergy circulation, and sustainable environmental technology for livestock. The center focuses on the collection, storage, and utilization of renewable energy.
智慧機電館:
開設多項AI人工智慧、機電、機器人工程師、農工業自動化等相關課程,提供全校學生跨域學習同時亦能考照的場域。
Smart Mechatronics Building: Offering various courses related to AI, artificial intelligence, mechatronics, robotics engineering, agricultural and industrial automation. The facility provides students with a space for cross-disciplinary learning while enabling them to pursue relevant certifications.
智慧農業創新微型園區:
作為跨領域學研成果實踐於產業的場域,不僅衍生新創與地方創生產業,更是科技和文化的融合平台。在此環境下,創新產業得以孵化、培育、萌芽、成長,以提升產學研合作之競爭力Smart Agriculture Innovation Micro Park: Serving as a field for interdisciplinary academic and research applications in the industry, this park not only fosters startups and local revitalization industries but also acts as a platform for the integration of technology and culture. Within this environment, innovative industries can be incubated, nurtured, and developed, enhancing the competitiveness of industry-academia-research collaboration.

本校成立多個中心提供支持:
「研究總中心」結合農業、工程技術、商業與資訊、人文及生活應用等設有共44個中心,作為跨學科研究的核心支援平台,為專責單位協助跨學科研究計畫的管理和推進。
「跨領域特色研究中心」與「研究發展處」為「智慧鏈結」與「跨域整合」之核心,組成兼具跨領域特色及強化跨領域產學合作的研究團隊,將研發技術推向國際化。
「永續發展辦公室」資源統籌,整合研究人力及各項資源,強化永續與社會責任之跨單位與跨域整合,深化永續發展行動,並組成「永續發展諮詢委員會」,負責相關議題之因應政策與執行策略的研擬,打造出跨域、跨界、跨國的交流平台。
NPUST provide specific administrative support:
“General Research Service Center”:
Comprising 44 centers spanning agriculture, engineering technology, business and information, humanities, and applied life sciences, this center serves as a core platform for interdisciplinary research. It is dedicated to managing and advancing interdisciplinary research projects.
“Center of Interdisciplinary feature Development” and the “Office of Research and Development”:
Focused on “Smart Integration” and “Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration,” these units form specialized research teams that enhance industry-academia cooperation across disciplines and drive research and technology towards internationalization.
” Sustainable Development Office” consolidates research personnel and resources to enhance cross-unit and interdisciplinary integration in sustainability and social responsibility, advancing sustainable development initiatives.
升遷制度Promotion System
教師科學學科間跨學科研究成果可依據本校「專任教師聘任及升等審查辦法」、「編制外專任教學人員聘任及升等辦法」及「國立屏東科技大學專業技術人員聘任升等審查作業要點」辦理晉升。教師不分性別,經由校內初審、複審、校外委員審查及校內決審其專業成就、教學、研究及服務與輔導成績,以公平、公正方式進行教師升等資格審定。
Faculty members’ interdisciplinary research achievements in scientific disciplines are evaluated for promotion based on NPUST’s “Regulations for the Appointment and Promotion of Full-time Faculty,” “Regulations for the Appointment and Promotion of Non-staff Full-time Teaching Personnel,” and “NPUST Guidelines for the Appointment and Promotion Review of Professional Technical Personnel.”
Faculty members, regardless of gender, undergo a fair and impartial promotion review process. This process includes an internal preliminary review, secondary review, external expert evaluation, and final institutional assessment, considering their professional achievements, teaching performance, research contributions, service, and student mentorship.
